Starting to brainstorm... Storm drain is the final object that we have
chosen, because it is a very normal object that everyone come across in their daily life but people tend to ignore it. So we just want people to pay more attention on it. (As simple as that)
Without storm drain, walking pedestrians and animals will fall or slip inside there (like me). Besides, vehicle tyres may get stuck inside the drain hole. It also acts as a filter for the rain water before flowing into the drain.
Monday:
Nowadays, the society attitude had start to destroy the original function of the storm drain. Rubbish, vandalism, stealing kes had happen on storm drain. Why this happen? Isn't it poor attitude and behaviour or for their own benefit? Haiz... Malaysian attitude or International attitude. From my research, littering was an International attitude. But from my travelling experience (Singapore, Thailand and Australia) I realize that all 3 country was not so dirty and polluted. But when I discuss this kes with Andy, penny and also my Sifu (Edvince), they tell me when Singaporean come to Malaysia, they will throw rubbish in the public places. So isn't the country rules set the mindset of the citizen? Or they think that not their country, therefore they can throw anywhere? I don't know.... I just think all of us (Malaysian, Singaporean ..... etc) are staying in the same globe. Therefore, if Malaysia had face this problem, all the country in the world would affected (all of us are sitting in the same boat).

Tuesday:
From the human attitude, I had sketch out a few drawing about the storm drain that I have taken the photo. So I think the rubbish actually is the monster that stay inside the drain that will cause many problem happen. The story start like that,
Human in the KL city was very busy. They have to eat quickly, drink quickly, walk quickly, everything quick quick quick.... So after they eat, drink, shit....... they throw all the rubbish they have created inside the drain. Therefore, the rubbish starting to increase.
Day 1... few rubbish. Day 2... more rubbish. Day 3 ... a lot rubbish.
And the scary thing start to happen. The rubbish starting to form into a small naughty (monster), and it become bigger and bigger due to the increasing of rubbish. Finally raining, the naughty start to black all the storm drain. Therefore, the rain could flow into the drain. Flood happen !!! ==,
Wednesday:
Discussion with penny and Andy: All of us propose our own ideas and coming out with a conclusion. Jeang x5 ..... that is human attitude. So we brainstorm why human throw rubbish, littering and storm drain function. i think all this question can lead us to the other level of understanding of storm drain, we not just looking at the surface of it anymore. The most interesting that I found out is..... (not related to this project) is..... there are broadband using storm drain system to works in klang valley and the company name is metrofon (I not even heard of it b4). Back to topic, we found that different location of storm drain have different things to see such as rubbish and the flow of the system. It create different feeling. lettering in the drain will cause breeding ground such as insect ... maybe monster. Who knows? when we think of the dark side of the drain... we will link it to the supernatural thing in the world.
After that, we select all 10 different type of storm drain around KL. It was quite interesting to see the small differences such as the way to take the storm drain up, size, colour and pattern. before doing this project, all Storm drain was the same for me. Hahaha... this project was actually train us to see things and realize the small differences. Besides, we think of the target audience and how people link to our website. But I think it was too much for us to think so much... Hahaha... I think I was kind of people who think of that small small stuff that was not very important. It was kind of wasting our time. After that, we divide our job, me and Andy will go KL for more shooting and penny will go back for more research on the storm drain and arrange all the document.
4:30 pm: Me, Andy and Edvince (I ask him wanna go back or not, and he say he also wanna go for more shooting) go to KL. The moment we step out of the LRT station in pasar seni, it was starting to rain. OMG... So we take it very quickly. But the most important thing that we saw on that moment was we actually saw the rain water flow into the drain through the Storm drain. Some storm drain (75% of the Storm drain) was fully stuck by the rubbish and water flow very slow into the drain. And because of raining day, the traffic was start jam and (out of topic) also some of the Tauke of stores in China Town start to fight, dono why? ^^"

3 of us especially our shoe was wet... I was not touch by rain after secondary school (My interest was walking and playing in the rain during secondary school). After taking pictures, we walk around and makan makan till 9 o clock ^^
It was so warm when I received msg from penny asking how our progress and asking us to go back quickly.
Thursday:
Again, we discuss, we make a final conclusion. It was the Human had cause so many problem to the environment unconsciously. We propose our ideas to Mr Sean and he seem like not that like our ideas.... He want us to see thing from another point of view. But he say our reseach was good and enough. And dono how.... We link it to a jail door. It was a door to jail all monster inside the drain, so that they wont come out and harm human. So there are another dark side of the world that human didn't realize.... It was very mystery....... dark....... wet...... and scary.....
